At Fayman & Sorbello Food Group, our story starts with family. Josh Fayman grew up in the meat business. As a second-generation professional, he’s spent his career mastering every facet of the industry—from processing and trading to plant operations. With a family legacy spanning more than 50 years, Josh carries forward a deep commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting partnerships. Dan Sorbello comes from a similar background, but from the cold store side of the food chain. For more than 50 years, the Sorbello name has been synonymous with building and operating world-class cold storage facilities — ensuring food products are handled with precision, care, and consistency.
